All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options during checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–19 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time shown at checkout

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, local courier delays, or regional conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat shipping rate of $1 USD for all standard orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $20 USD. Final shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are complete and correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen factors like weather, customs delays, or courier issues may impact your shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

8. Inaccessible or High-Cost Shipping Locations

In rare cases where the shipping address is considered remote, inaccessible, or where the shipping cost significantly exceeds the value of the purchased items, MyJewey reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer. Customers will be notified by email if such a situation arises.
