If your return request is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as appropriate.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
